Your data is used to manage memberships, send expiry alerts via WhatsApp, process renewals, and provide customer support. Nothing beyond that.
By registering, you consent to receive membership-related WhatsApp messages. You may opt out at any time by contacting us directly.
All data is stored on encrypted servers with HTTPS/TLS connections and strict access controls. We retain data only as long as your membership is active.
We never sell or trade your personal data. Trusted service providers (e.g. payment processors) may access it solely to operate our platform, under strict confidentiality.

One account, separate gyms
If you're a member at more than one gym on GymX, each gym only sees your data at that gym — your membership, attendance, and payment history stay separate per gym.
